Our PROGRAM Start date for spring is monday

Feb 2 nd

Splash Ball

14u Girls

The first level of our program. We will practice 2 days a week for an hour from  5:30-7:00PM.  We will be teaching the basics of swimming, treading water(Egg Beater) and water polo. The program takes place in our 3 shallow lanes which has a max depth of 4ft.  No experience is necessary for swimming or water polo to participate in the splash ball program. We do not have access to shallow water at this time due to renovations at our other pool. If your athlete can swim across the pool we have a program for them right now as well.

12u Girls

The 12u Boys program is going to step up the practice time. We will be practicing 2 days a week from  5:30-7:30 PM  in the deep water. We will be working on the other swim strokes and incorporating them into the game. They  will be continuing to build on the fundamental water polo skills. We will be introducing the general tactics of the game and start working on different positions.

10u Co-Ed

12u Boys

14u Boys

The 14u Boys program will be practice 2 days a week from  5:30-7:30 PM in the deep water. They will now be working on their speed, explosiveness and endurance in the pool. They will be increasing their individual skills from the fundamental skills and incorporating them in game situation. The athletes will begin to gravitate towards positions in the pool that suite their skills sets and what they enjoy most about the game. We will foster that desire to become better at their position with specific training to enhance their progress. This will help earn and maintain a spot on their High School Program.

The 14u Girls program will be practice 2 days a week from  5:30-7:30 PM in the deep water. They will now be working on their speed, explosiveness and endurance in the pool. The 10u Co-Ed program is designed to help athletes transition out of the Splash Ball program into the deeper water. We will practice 2 days  a week for an hour from 5:30-700 PM  They will have mastered the basics of Free Style, Egg Beater and fundamental water polo skills.

16u Boys

The 16u Boys program will practice from 5:30-7:30 PM with the possibility of dry-land training starting at 5:00 PM. The athletes should be swimming at a high level with the ability to sprint and maintain speed for the entire game. The level of tactics increases and the fundamentals are incorporated into all tactical situations based on positions in the pool.  The athletes should be learning their strengths and working extra time on their weakness. They will starting on their High school program and leading their time in and out of the pool.

The 16u Girls program will practice from 5:30-7:30 PM with the possibility of dry-land training starting at 5:00 PM. The athletes should be swimming at a high level with the ability to sprint and maintain speed for the entire game. The level of tactics increases and the fundamentals are incorporated into all tactical situations based on positions in the pool.  The athletes should be learning their strengths and working extra time on their weakness. They will starting on their High school program and leading their time in and out of the pool.

16u Girls

The 18u Boys program will practice from 5:30-7:30 PM  with the possibility of dry-land training starting at 5:00 PM.  The athletes will be the leaders of our club. They will set an example for the younger age groups with their skills, tactics, and composure. The athletes will be mainly focused on tactics but will maintain a level of fundamental  skills sets for their position.  The athletes should be aspiring to play at the next level for a college team.

18u Boys

The 18u Girls program will practice from 5:30-7:30 PM  with the possibility of dry-land training starting at 5:00 PM.  The athletes will be the leaders of our club. They will set an example for the younger age groups with their skills, tactics, and composure. The athletes will be mainly focused on tactics but will maintain a level of fundamental  skills sets for their position.  The athletes should be aspiring to play at the next level for a college team.

18u Girls
